Citrusy and bursting with sunshine appeal, this nonalcoholic, kombucha cocktail based on a famous Italian spritz will please pretty much everyone. Make sure ingredients are fridge-cold before beginning.

2 cups (500 mL) blood orange juice or regular orange juice, cold
2 cups (500 mL) kombucha (any flavour), cold
1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice, cold
2 Tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
1 lemon, thinly sliced into wheels, for serving
Ice, for serving
In large pitcher, stir together orange juice, kombucha, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Add lemon wheels and ice to highball glasses and top with cocktail. Serve.
